BEYOND BEAUTY BUSINESS CO. LLC

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 23, 2026

1. About these terms

Beyond Beauty Business Co. LLC ("Beyond Beauty," "we," "us") is a boutique transformation consulting firm that helps Beauty, Wellness and Creative Founders and their organizations build, strategize and thrive. These Terms of Service apply to anyone who books a session, buys a service, pays an invoice or uses our website at www.beyondbeautyconsulting.com ("you," the "client").

By booking, paying or signing a proposal, you agree to these terms. If you have a signed proposal or service agreement with Beyond Beauty, that agreement controls wherever it differs from these terms.

2. Our services, scheduling and engagements

What we offer. Beyond Beauty provides strategy, planning and project management, including Clarity Sessions, Digital Presence Audits, Growth Plans, readiness assessments, coaching and implementation support, and fractional Chief of Staff services. Each engagement's scope, deliverables, schedule and price are set out in your proposal, invoice or booking page.

What we don't do. Beyond Beauty is not a website host or web developer. Where website work is included, it is limited to what your proposal describes. Hosting, management and ongoing maintenance are not included, and anything beyond the agreed scope is quoted separately.

Hours. Client sessions take place Tuesday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time, unless agreed otherwise in writing. Messages received outside these hours are answered on the next business day.

Proposals and agreements. Payment timing and terms can be discussed before you sign a proposal. Once a proposal is signed, its terms are final unless both parties agree in writing to a change.

Length of engagement. Done-with-you and done-for-you engagements run for at least 120 days, so there is time to see real change take hold. Your proposal states the length of your engagement.

3. Fees and payment

Prices. Prices are listed on your proposal, invoice or booking page, in U.S. dollars.

Deposits. New engagements require a deposit before work begins. The deposit amount is stated in your proposal or invoice and is credited toward your total fee.

How to pay. Payments are made online through our secure payment providers (such as Stripe or PayPal). Beyond Beauty never stores your full card number.

Payment plans. If your proposal includes a payment plan, each payment is invoiced separately and is due on the date shown on its invoice.

Monthly services. Monthly coaching and implementation fees are billed in advance for each month of service.

Saved payment methods. When you save a payment method at checkout, or enroll in monthly services or a payment plan, you authorize Beyond Beauty to charge that payment method for each scheduled payment until your services end or you cancel as described in Section 4.

Performance-based fees. Some engagements include fees tied to your results, such as a percentage of revenue above an agreed starting baseline or of contracts Beyond Beauty helps secure. When they apply, your proposal explains exactly how they are calculated, and you agree to share the numbers needed to calculate them accurately.

Late payments. Payments are due on the date shown on the invoice. If a payment is more than 7 days late, a one-time late fee of $35 applies to that invoice, and Beyond Beauty may pause work until your account is current. Any balance unpaid 30 days or more after its due date accrues interest at 1% per month until paid. Paused time does not extend the engagement unless both parties agree in writing. Beyond Beauty may waive late fees at its discretion.

Promotion codes. Promotion codes apply only as stated when issued. Unless stated otherwise, codes cannot be combined, have no cash value and cannot be applied after purchase.

4. Rescheduling, cancellations and refunds

Rescheduling. You may reschedule a session at no charge with at least 48 hours' notice. A session missed without 48 hours' notice, or more than 15 minutes late without notice, counts as used.

Clarity Sessions. Clarity Session fees are non-refundable once the session takes place. If you buy a Digital Presence Audit within 30 days of your Clarity Session, the full session fee is credited toward the audit.

Deposits and one-time services. If you cancel before Beyond Beauty begins work, your payment is refunded minus any payment-processing fees. Once work has begun (research, analysis or a scheduled session), deposits and fees for one-time services such as audits, assessments and plans are non-refundable, because the work is custom-built for you.

Monthly services. You may cancel monthly services after the minimum engagement length in your proposal, with 30 days' written notice. Fees already paid for the current month are not refunded.

If Beyond Beauty must cancel. If Beyond Beauty cancels a session, it is rescheduled at no cost to you. If Beyond Beauty ends an engagement early for reasons not caused by you, you receive a prorated refund for work not yet delivered.

Ending an engagement for cause. Beyond Beauty may end an engagement with written notice if a payment remains unpaid after work has been paused, or if a client is disrespectful or abusive toward Beyond Beauty or its team. Fees for work already delivered are not refunded.

Billing questions. Please contact us at contact@beyondbeautyconsulting.com before disputing a charge with your bank. Most questions are resolved within 5 business days.

5. Your role, results and professional advice

Your responsibilities. Our work together depends on you. You agree to provide accurate information, share the documents and numbers requested, complete your action items, and attend scheduled sessions. Delays in your part of the work may shift delivery dates.

No guaranteed results. Beyond Beauty provides expert guidance and support, but your results depend on your decisions, effort, market conditions and other factors outside our control. Beyond Beauty does not guarantee any specific revenue, funding, grant award, contract or other outcome.

Not legal, tax or investment advice. Beyond Beauty is not a law firm, accounting firm or licensed financial advisor. Business, financial and funding guidance is educational and strategic. For legal, tax, accounting or investment decisions, please consult a licensed professional.

6. Confidentiality, recordings and ownership

Confidentiality. Beyond Beauty keeps your business information private and uses it only to serve you. We do not share it without your permission, except with specialists who help deliver your work (who are also bound to keep it private) or where the law requires. We will not use your name, results or story in marketing or case studies without your written permission.

Recordings. Some sessions may be recorded so you can revisit them and so we can prepare accurate notes. We always tell you before recording, and recordings are shared only with you and the Beyond Beauty team members and specialists working on your engagement.

Your deliverables. Once paid in full, the reports, plans and other deliverables created for you are yours to use in your business, including any Beyond Beauty templates built into them.

Our methods. Beyond Beauty keeps ownership of its frameworks, templates, tools, training materials and methods, including those used to create your deliverables. You may not resell, republish or share them outside your business without written permission.

Third parties and affiliate links. Beyond Beauty may recommend outside vendors, software or specialists. Their products and services are governed by their own terms, and Beyond Beauty is not responsible for them. Some recommendations may include affiliate links, which may earn Beyond Beauty a commission at no extra cost to you. We only recommend what we believe will serve you.

7. Liability and disputes

Limit of liability. To the extent the law allows, Beyond Beauty's total liability for any claim related to its services is limited to the fees you paid for the service the claim relates to. Beyond Beauty is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost opportunities.

Resolving disputes. If a concern comes up, please tell us first. Both parties agree to try to resolve it in good faith within 30 days before taking any other action.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Any legal action related to these terms will be brought in the courts located in Cobb County, Georgia.

Changes to these terms. Beyond Beauty may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not affect a proposal you have already signed.

8. General

Independent contractor. Beyond Beauty works with you as an independent contractor. Nothing in these terms makes Beyond Beauty your employee, partner or agent.

Electronic agreement. Checking the box at checkout, signing a proposal electronically or paying an invoice online counts as your agreement to these terms.

Age. You must be at least 18 years old to buy services from Beyond Beauty.

Severability. If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest still applies.

Entire agreement. These terms, together with any signed proposal or service agreement, are the full agreement between you and Beyond Beauty about our services.
