1. About this policy

Beyond Beauty Business Co. LLC ("Beyond Beauty," "we," "us") is a boutique transformation consulting firm based in Marietta, Georgia. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website at www.beyondbeautyconsulting.com and to everyone who books a session, fills out a questionnaire, buys a service or works with us as a client.

Beyond Beauty does not sell your personal information. We collect only what we need to serve you well.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you book, buy, fill out a form or work with us, you may share:

  • Contact details: your name, email address, phone number and mailing or billing address.

  • Business information: your business name, website, social media, services, goals, challenges and the documents you share with us.

  • Questionnaire answers: what you write, type or record (including voice recordings) in our intake and "Getting to Know You" questionnaires, such as your background, goals, timeline and available time.

  • Financial information about your business: income, expenses, debts, interest rates and tax documents you choose to share so we can build your plans and readiness assessments.

  • Messages: what you send us by email, website chat, contact forms or text.

Payment information. Payments are processed by our payment providers, such as Stripe and PayPal. They collect your card or bank details directly. Beyond Beauty never sees or stores your full card number. We receive the payment amount, date, status and the last four digits of the card.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, our website platform (Wix) and its tools may collect your device type, browser, approximate location, pages you visit and how you arrived. See Section 6 for cookies.

3. How we use it

Beyond Beauty uses your information to:

  • Schedule and hold sessions, and send confirmations and reminders.

  • Deliver your services, including audits, assessments, plans, meeting notes and action trackers.

  • Process payments, send invoices and receipts, and handle billing questions.

  • Answer your messages and follow up after sessions, including feedback surveys.

  • Improve our services, website and client experience.

  • Send updates or offers you agreed to receive. You can unsubscribe at any time.

  • Meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, and protect our rights under our Terms of Service.

We will not use your name, results or story in marketing or case studies without your written permission.

4. How we share it

Beyond Beauty does not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only in these cases:

  • Service providers who help us run the business, such as our website platform (Wix), website analytics (Umami), scheduling (Calendly), payments (Stripe and PayPal), cookie consent (Usercentrics), and cloud storage, email and forms (Google Workspace). They may use your information only to provide their services to us.

  • Specialists and team members who help deliver your work, such as a grant writer or subject-matter reviewer. They receive only what they need and are required to keep it confidential.

  • The law. When required by law, court order or government request, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Beyond Beauty, our clients or others.

  • Business changes. If Beyond Beauty is merged, sold or reorganized, your information may transfer to the new owner, who must honor this policy.

  • With your permission. In any other case, only when you say yes.

5. Session recordings

Some sessions may be recorded so you can revisit them and so Beyond Beauty can prepare accurate notes. We always tell you before recording begins. Recordings, and any transcripts or notes made from them, are stored securely and shared only with you and the Beyond Beauty team members and specialists working on your engagement. You may ask us not to record a session, or to delete a recording, at any time.

6. Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies, which are small files saved in your browser. Some are needed for the site to work, such as keeping you signed in to the members area or remembering your cookie choices. Others help us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.

You can accept or decline non-essential cookies in the banner on our website, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may stop parts of the site from working.

Privacy-friendly visit counting. We also use Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that counts visits anonymously without cookies. It records totals such as pages viewed, how visitors found our site, and general device and country information. It does not identify you, track you across other websites, or store anything on your device.

Search performance. We use Google Search Console to see how our website appears in Google search results, such as which searches lead people to our site. Google collects this information on its own systems under its own privacy policy, and it is not tied to your identity on our site.

7. How long we keep it and how we protect it

How long we keep it. Beyond Beauty keeps client information for the length of your engagement and for 3 years after it ends, so we can support you if you return. Payment and tax records are kept as long as the law requires, usually 7 years. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see Section 8).

How we protect it. Client files are stored in password-protected cloud accounts with access limited to the people working on your engagement. Payments are handled by providers that meet industry security standards. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information, and we will tell you promptly if a breach affects you.

8. Your choices and rights

You may ask Beyond Beauty to:

  • Tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy.

  • Correct information that is wrong or out of date.

  • Delete your information, unless we must keep it for legal, tax or billing reasons.

  • Stop sending you marketing emails. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

To make a request, email contact@beyondbeautyconsulting.com. We will confirm your request and respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, such as California or the European Union, you may have additional rights under local law. We will honor those rights, and we will never treat you differently for using them.

9. Age, international visitors, changes and contact

Age. Beyond Beauty's services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has shared information with us, contact us and we will delete it.

International visitors. Beyond Beauty is based in the United States, and our service providers may store information in the United States. If you work with us from another country, your information will be handled under this policy and U.S. law.

Changes to this policy. Beyond Beauty may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest version. If we make a major change, we will post a notice on our website or email active clients.
